I acquired my first German Shepherd Dog over 38 years ago and have been breeding and showing German Shepherd Dogs for over twenty years. My first show dog was Bedwins Helga, who I owned in partnership with Malcom Griffiths , who won second place in the minor puppy bitch class at the first 2 day national show in 1984.

After Helga I purchased Gorsefield Carmen, who though not a show bitch produced the excellent show bitch Bedwins Banja, who at her first show at 17 months of age gained the Reserve Challenge Certificate under Cedric Blackbourne followed by a Challenge Certificate under the renowned Judge Percy Elliot and also Best in Show beating the famous Rosehurst Chris. Today all my dogs decend from Amondhal Oberon @ Avinja's who we purchased at 8 weeks of age .
